Richard brings 15+ years of human capital expertise to Avesco as Strategic Advisor, combining deep corporate experience with entrepreneurial insight. His unique dual perspective—from managing £250M client portfolios at Guidant Global to founding and scaling Deka Outsourcing from concept to market—gives him unparalleled understanding of talent challenges across all organisational levels. Adam is a heavyweight in the communications industry. He has featured regularly in PR Week’s annual UK Power Book Top 10 and, in nearly 20 years at Apple, worked on some of the most iconic product launches in history, including iPhone, App Store, iPad, Apple Watch, AirPods, Apple TV+ and Apple Music. As well as leading the company’s European PR efforts for both products and services, he also spent time running corporate communications for the region, where he worked with the Government during the pandemic on Exposure Notification and handled Apple’s response to the State Aid case in Ireland.

James brings over 20 years of financial leadership to Avesco as Strategic Advisor, with deep experience spanning capital raises, M&A, risk management, and operational finance. From supporting high-growth startups to guiding complex sale processes, his expertise lies in navigating businesses through critical financial milestones with precision and insight.
